World Draw

World Draw is an online experiment where you can draw various structures and add them to an ever-expanding world.

You start off with a 2D sketch that will be transformed into a 3D model. You can customize the 3D art and add it to the online world. Aside from drawing, you can also explore the places that other artists have created.

The experiment uses the same AI recognition technology found in AutoDraw and QuickDraw. Once you draw the 2D sketch, the application will convert the drawing into a 3D model in WebGL. The objects are placed in the digital world using a tiling system.

Check out the online canvas here.
