Flood Control – Real-time Puzzle Game

Keeping yourself dry in the middle of a flood is your goal in Flood Control. In this real-time puzzle game, players have to place barriers at strategic positions to seal off a dry area and save themselves from an oncoming flood.

You have to think quickly as you have a limited amount of time before the whole village is flooded. Use WASD or arrow keys to move your little yellow bulldozer and push the flood barriers into the correct places.

There are currently 20 levels, and once you finish them all, there is a game leaderboard where you see who completed all the levels at the shortest possible time.

The game was created using Phaser, a popular desktop and mobile HTML5 game framework. It was developed within 72 hours for Game Jolt’s #dreamhackjam.

You can play the game here. Also check out its development progress here.
