Creating game tiles in game boy style

Wildbunny has posted an guest-post article by Blackmoon design on designing a retro pixel-art tile-set (perfect for that retro 2d HTML5 platformer you’ve always wanted to build)

The article goes over how to create a tileable tileset in 4-shades green-gray game boy style (the created set is also available for purchase for $10 via paypal) and has some nice in-page canvas views showing the tileset toff.
