Superpowers: Game Engine For Indies

Superpowers is a free game making tool that targets indie developers. It can create both 2D and 3D games which allow for flexibility and what you can create.  Superpowers is also cross-platform enabling you to develop on Windows, Linux, and OSX and even publish your creations on newer web platforms. The layout inside the editor is easy and efficient for rapid game creation. TypeScript is included for writing your game logic and features syntax highlighting among other features.

On their site, you can browse the host of games created with Superpowers that show you it is a capable tool. For rapid game creation that supports multiple platforms and 2D and 3D games built on open source software, you can’t go wrong with Superpowers.
