HTML5 Games in Guest Room Tablets

Hotels and other accommodation facilities are now using HTML5 games as an additional revenue stream. Games in guest room tablets have been around for quite some time. Only this time, businesses are taking advantage of HTML5’s multi-platform capabilities.

HTML5 games are easily ported into their existing tablets are could work seamlessly without the need for a system upgrade.

Some hotels have even rolled out Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) systems for their games. This means guests can now access games using their smartphones or tablets lowering the hardware and maintenance costs further.
