GameMaker HTML5

GameMaker HTML5 is an HTML5 port of the commercial GameMaker game building system currently in open beta. Like Game Maker 8, it is a desktop program that works on Windows only, but it outputs to HTML5. It features a drag-and-drop interface and is light on the programming. The current cost is $99.
