Galaxis HTML5 Game Portal

Axis, an Indonesian mobile services provider, developed the Galaxis HTML5 games portal to engage with their 20 million subscribers.

Aside from playing games, the portal also serves as a hub where people can collect vouchers or view game-related news or videos.  From time to time, players can also participate in online contests where they can win prizes.

To increase the subscriber engagement in the portal, Axis develop a rewards system wherein players earn points if they play in Galaxis more often. Traffic was also increased thanks to the creation of the leaderboard.

Since the portal uses HTML5 technology, users can easily access it on any device that runs a modern browser, even without downloading apps or plug-ins.

Learn more about the game portal in this case study.
