Fontjoy – Typeface Finder

The typeface is as important as backgrounds, sprites, and other visuals in game development. In order to bring out the right flavors of text to your game, use Fontjoy.

This tool uses deep learning to find the best combination of typefaces. You can generate new font pairings, lock the ones that you’ll use frequently, or manually select the fonts.

The typeface finder has a simple interface. Users can match up to three font styles and they can choose the level of contrast or similarity in designs.

To generate the pairings, the tool calculates the font’s weight, height, ascenders, descenders, and various factors. This’ll ensure that your font styles will really be effective at sending your message across your audience.

Check out the typeface tool here.
